Small Group Personal Training at Fusion Wellbeing is a fun way to keep yourself motivated and accountable in your health and wellness journey. You can train with your friends, family, partner, whatever works for you and your group (usually of up to 4 people).
These sessions are personalised for your group and collective fitness and wellbeing goals. You don’t need to have the same level of fitness or strength - exercises and activities can be modified for each individual. Modifications can also be made to support or manage individual instability issues, injury, pain, etc.
