1:1 PT sessions at Fusion Wellbeing can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Through highly personalised training, we can help you increase your general fitness and strength, no matter your starting point. We can improve your functional movement and activities of daily living, helping to improve your quality of life.
If you are working around pain and/or injuries, we can work to restore alignment and biomechanical function, and regain your stability and strength to get you back to your activities and work etc, with confidence in your body and its capabilities. We can help you to get out of pain or painful movements, and reduce the risk of re-injury through corrective exercise and educating you on how your body works and what it can do.
Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training at Fusion Wellbeing is a fun way to keep yourself motivated and accountable in your health and wellness journey. You can train with your friends, family, partner, whatever works for you and your group (usually of up to 4 people).
These sessions are personalised for your group and collective fitness and wellbeing goals. You don’t need to have the same level of fitness or strength - exercises and activities can be modified for each individual. Modifications can also be made to support or manage individual instability issues, injury, pain, etc.
Group sessions are a wonderful way to support each other to show up and give your body what it wants and needs, particularly if you need a little extra motivation from time to time to prioritise yourself and exercise.
